New Wave Wines

New Wave Wines is a Barossa Valley cellar-door collective and wine bar representing innovative wines from small, independent producers like Max & Me, The Cutting, Coulter Wines, Rollick Wines, and Evan Evans Wines, along with guest producers from regional vineyards. The venue offers tastings of dozens of wines for $10 and offers an exciting selection of European wines by the glass, with a rotating list. Cellar Door Hours are 11am to 5pm, and Wine Bar Hours are from 5pm to 9pm, Thursday to Sunday. A menu of hot snacks are prepared from all Barossan smallgoods and South Australian produce. Additional offerings include a lush green lawn providing extra space to lounge outside in the shade. A casual door policy applies. New Wave Wines is a public tasting room open to wine lovers, foodies, and locals alike.
