Denmark Heritage Cider Company has a simple goal - to provide real premium cider. Their simple goal was not so easy when they found out that there were no commercially available Cider Apples in Western Australia. It never crossed their minds to make cider out of eating apples as they thought nobody would drink such a brew, so instead they decided that to make a Real Cider they had to grow their own apple trees.
