Situated on their property in the middle of Finch Hatton located right next to the new Finch Hatton MTB trail head. You can expect to connect with old and new friends at their long tables under the stars or winter sun as they prepare for you a banquet of delicious home cooked delights utilising fresh, local, seasonal produce. Be transported to far away places as each diner has a unique theme. Think Mexican Fiesta, Italian Dinner under the stars or an Asian Odyssey. If you are lucky enough to be visiting on one of their take away street food nights you can expect the likes of homemade focaccia, mushroom and haloumi tacos, crispy pork belly with asian salad, or sticky chicken wings.
