Pour another glass, or maybe a cocktail, sit a while... smile a lot. Their wine tastings are a lovely sit-down, engaging experience. No bookings are needed, you are welcome to pop in anytime for a tasting. If you are dining at Fiore restaurant, they recommend coming 45 minutes prior to your reservation to enjoy a wine tasting experience.
