Thompson Estate Vineyard

A 5-star James Halliday winery known for its prizeworthy regional wines focused on Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. Thompson Estate is a small winery with a big reputation for its excellent Cabernet Sauvignons and Chardonnays, as recognised with its 5 Red Star Halliday Rating. Vineyard planting began in 1997 and after a few years making the wines at specialist facilities in Margaret River, a state-of-the-art winery was built at Thompson Estate. The highly awarded range has received a large number of wine show medals and consistent critical acclaim as some of the region's most esteemed wines. There are three wine ranges: The Specialist, made from the best Cabernet and Chardonnay grown within the estate vineyard; an Estate range representing Margaret River hero varieties; and the Four Chambers range which celebrates the joy of making wine with creativity at its core.
