Ride (not race) to the Tathra Wharf Local. Shrouded in mystery, history and victory. Built in the 1800's for the regions farmers to export their wares, extending in 1912 to include yards and watering troughs for stock and In 1914 it was the place for an emotional farewell for the district’s soldiers as they went off to the First World War. Commercial shipping waned in the 1950's and the iconic Tathra Wharf became The Local Coffee Bar, Museum and Gallery. Stop over at the Tathra Beachside Holiday park for a few days to take in all the far South Coast has to offer!
