Fortified wines are a big part of the extensive history here at Sevenhill Cellars. Established in 1851, they’ve been producing their fortified range for over 170 years. They would like you to experience something special and taste the fortified wines paired with couverture chocolates from Coco Laura. The chocolates are handmade with love by David Medlow of Coco Laura and have our Liqueur Verdelho, Classic Topaque and Fine Old Tawny in the centre of each of the chocolates. Your experience will be to try all three types of chocolate discs, white, milk and dark with the three fortified varieties and decide which match you like best! Then you can try the finished product.
