Experience an immersive journey through the back streets of Japan and Thailand, where you will create a trio of the most popular dumpling varieties. Learning the differences in the wrapping techniques and authentic fillings. Each dumpling in this class also has a recipe for a flavour packed dipping sauce. Japanese gyozas accompanied by a chilli oil dipping sauce. Steamed chicken dumplings with a Thai Nam Jim dressing. Sea star dumplings with chicken and water chestnuts served with chilli and lime coconut sauce. This is a 3 hour hands on workshop and you will take home your dumplings.
