About Relaxing Afternoon River Cruise

Franklin, Tasmania

After a short brief from the crew, you will depart and glide up the beautiful Huon River towards the Historic township of Franklin, sipping on local wine, beer or cider and enjoying a local Huon Valley-produced grazing board. (depending on your booking) This cruise is set to inspire you to imagine a life on the water and get a glimpse of the rich history of the area, the people and the fantastic wooden boats that inhabit the waterways of the Huon River. Cellar door wine tastings are available from Heriots Point Vineyard on weekends or via appointment through the vineyard itself. Bookings are essential on our cruises as there are limited available spaces and as we are at a private dock, we don’t accept walk-in passengers.
