Sample all the current vintages of wine as you are led through this back of house experience. Enjoy each wine in different location on the property under the vines or amongst the trees from which the fruit was lovingly grown in this award winning organic garden. You will be taken into the “Vat Room” where the wine is all produced and be led through the stunning organic gardens, orchard and vines, with discussion about wine making plus handy organic growing tips and tricks about permaculture, organic gardening and wine-making with a twist.
