The Hobart Brewery Tour is a walking tour that covers three different breweries in the Hobart area. Join us as we explore different beers and the breweries themselves in some iconic Hobart locations, with lunch included at one of our stops. Your guide will take you through a detailed tasting of more than ten different beer styles, where you'll learn how to taste like a beer judge! You'll also get a behind the scenes tour of the brewery at Shambles, where they specialise in American style craft beer. In this part of the tour, you'll learn how beer is made and why an IPA tastes different to a Pale Ale. Next stop is T-Bone, famous for their Choc Milk Stout and their use of bio-oil in their brewing process. The day will finish up at Hobart Brewing Co. on the waterfront With head brewer Scott's long experience in Colorado and Tasmania, they always have a great selection and a fantastic beer garden to enjoy. Your guide will also give you some inside tips on some of the best things to do, see, eat and drink, so you can really make the most out of your stay in Tasmania!
