Crocodile Express Daintree River Cruise (Tour 1)

Cruises depart regularly from 8.30am daily from Daintree Village River Jetty. All cruises take about one hour. This section of the river offers beautiful landscapes with rainforest with the lovely green pastures of the Daintree valley. This is also the rural part of the Daintree which has a rich farming history going back over 100 hundred years. Although this is the freshwater section of the river it is also a very healthy saltwater crocodile habitat. Birdlife in this section of the river is popular with bird enthusiasts from all over the world looking for rare species that nest at different times throughout from New Guinea.
