Because these cruises are private charters we can customise them to suit your needs. We can take up to eight passengers. Sailing on the beautiful expansive Hobart harbour at twilight is an experience not to be missed. Views of the sparkling city with its rolling hills and magnificent mountain backdrop are breathtaking in the twilight. We will anchor in a sheltered bay where you will be served a wonderful meal of the best Tasmanian food accompanied by our famous wines and beer, or whatever takes your fancy. The evening typically runs like this: You will be greeted onboard with a glass of sparkling Tasmanian wine or beer along with freshly shucked Tasmanian oysters or canapès before sailing off to explore the beautiful sites of the harbour and making our way to our anchorage. We will nestle into one of the many sheltered bays on the harbour and serve up a meal from our galley. Only the best local produce will be used and accompanied by our great Tasmanian wines and beer, or your choice of drink. The meal can either be served below deck in our large saloon or under shelter on our cockpit table - your choice.
