In these held postures, you will discover the art of true relaxation, the nourishing rhythm of the breath, and the graceful ability to calm the mind while remaining fully present. Yin yoga nurtures on every level—physical, emotional, and energetic—and your invited to explore its quiet power with openness and curiosity. Guided by Mysan Sidbo, an expert in Yin yoga, functional movement, joint and deep tissue rehabilitation, mindfulness, and breathwork, you will receive personalised attention within the supportive container of the group.
