Alvah Art Gallery

Alvah Art Gallery is located in an Australian park land setting of 16 acres with native trees and shrubs. This is on an old mining site that was part of the largest gold bearing site in the world for alluvial mining. There were over 100,000 miners, with an extra section of population to run the many stores and enterprises with the main street being 5 miles long. Local tours are available. Art is available in various sizes from 4-inch squares to 6ft by 10ft with unbreakable frames to suit. Any styles can be made to suit the buyer, but traditional art is the focus for the artist's 70-year career. Mediums are pencil, ink, acrylic, watercolor, oil, copper, timber, clay and steel. They have their own machine shop that can create the profiles of frames as required. Vintage cars are also available, and they have a sixty car 1:18 model collection of Classic Cars. They can cater for large groups and a tour guide or guided tours are also available. Many stories about the mining days are available with any visit.
