Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers started as two-person market stall in Brisbane, serving fresh, handmade Gnocchi, before opening Australia’s first 100% dedicated Italian Gnoccheria in Paddington. Since their beginning they have established a chain of busy Italian restaurants across Brisbane, Brisbane Bayside, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and Sydney.
