Undersong Perfumery

Undersong Perfumery is a sensory experience hosted in a stunning coastal perfumery, perched on the edge of The Gulch. Do you love perfume? Crave natural aromas? You will relish exploring the world of fragrance with perfumer and celebrated author Hilary Burden. Located in an old seafood factory, now a winery, Undersong offers small group tours and bespoke tailored experiences which include: viewing (and smelling) a perfume distillation in progress; experiencing a variety of botanicals; learning about the history of perfume; wandering to see local wild flowers; and, exploring your sense of smell. Refreshments include sassafras leaf tea and kunzea shortbread, or oysters and sparkling wine – set against the backdrop of front-row ocean views.
