Brewery, Bar and Restaurant set on a historic farm property, 20 mins south of Hobart City Our property was once one of Tassie’s premier hop growing regions; in fact, the heritage listed space that now houses our fermentation tanks was used to hang and dry the hops. What better place for a working brewery today! With ten taps for a range of beer styles and cider, a thoughtful Tassie-centric wine list, a huge range of local and international spirits, and a range of non-alcoholic options, there is something for everyone. Not to mention, our full kitchen menu serving up beer inspired snacks, burgers, and more.
