Slow Design Studio

Slow Design Studio is the home of local Slow Fashion brands Skylla Design and Samook Designs. You’ll also find their collaborative brand Slow The Label. Slow is a studio and retail space, where designers Julia and Kim work with natural fibres to create quality fashion pieces designed to become old favourites. Slow clothing is designed to have minimal environmental impact, and is made with reclaimed fabrics, designer deadstock, and carefully sourced new fabrics with a transparent and ethical supply chain. Upcycling and refashioning also features highly at Slow. You’ll find Julia and Kim designing, pattern making and constructing your clothes front-of-house, and happy to help you choose pieces that will be loved and worn for many seasons to come.
