With only eight seats, Matkim is one of the smallest restaurants in the country. It’s also one of the most exclusive, with just one sitting each night, where guests experience an innovative degustation that explores the history and diversity of Korean cuisine through four elements (represented on the South Korean flag) air, fire, earth and water. The intimate setting is a slick bar in Sydney Place overlooking a kitchen where, omakase style, you will watch each course be intricately prepared for you and your dining neighbours.
