Cultural Walking Tour series at Elizabeth Quay

Every month from October 2024 to May 2025, visitors will have the opportunity to embark on engaging guided tours available on Tuesdays with Walter McGuire. Through expert storytelling, participants will delve into the rich history of Elizabeth Quay, the Derbarl Yerrigan (Swan River), and the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people. The tour promises a glimpse into the world's oldest living culture. Learn about the importance of place and caring for boodjah (Country) and how this has been significant to the Noongar People for generations, including the influence the six seasons have on the changing landscape.
