Located near McLaren Vale and Willunga, this working vineyard is the southernmost in the Adelaide Hills Wine Region. Known for its unique, rustic Cellar Door and adjoining Art Gallery with spacious garden and grounds. There is ample space for marquees and dance floors if need be. The vineyard produces seven varietals of organically grown grapes: Chardonnay, Semillon, Shiraz, Pinot Noir, Riesling, Merlot, and Sauvignon Blanc. These boutique wines, crafted with care and passion, are available exclusively for purchase at the Cellar Door. To fully enjoy your visit, book in advance by phone to arrange a wine tasting, followed by a glass of your favorite wine paired with a platter in our charming garden on weekends. While walk-ins are welcome for wine purchases, platters require prior booking to ensure a delightful experience. The serene surroundings of Magpie Springs make it an ideal spot to relax with friends, savor a bottle of wine, or enjoy the beauty of the vineyard. The spacious garden is available as a Dry Hire venue, providing a picturesque setting for weddings and private functions.
