Recently opened in Geelong, The Paddock Bakery is a licensed cafe, open 7 days a week for breakfast and lunch, and is quickly becoming a world-class destination within the historical Federal Mills precinct. The heart and soul of Paddock Bakery is their hand-built wood fire oven, made with antique red bricks collected from all around Australia. This is where it all started, and they are excited to keep the flame alive in the new venue in Geelong. The oven is endlessly nurtured by experienced hands usually covered in flour, creating what we believe to be the best wood-fired Sourdough around.
