Located in the heart of Wagga Wagga, the Transgrid Discovery Hub is a one-stop stop for visitors to access information, learn about energy and the unprecedented transformation occurring across the energy sector. Wagga is a crucial part of the Transgrid network and, with the construction of major infrastructure projects such as EnergyConnect, HumeLink, and VNI West - Wagga is positioned to be a major regional energy hub supporting not only the Riverina, but the National Electricity Market which services eastern Australia. This made Wagga the ideal location for establishment of our Discovery Hub, an exciting space for the community to learn more about our transmission projects and Australia’s transition to a clean energy future.
