Premium Southern Rock Lobster straight off our boat Astacus and locally sourced seafood from the iconic Bay of Fires on Tasmania's East Coast. The Rainbird family has been fishing Tasmania's pristine waters for over 50 years. The catch is held in live-holding tanks and is cooked fresh daily.
