Take some time to slow down in the rainforest. Have a delicious meal in our alfresco licenced restaurant in the heart of the oldest continuous rainforest in the world - the UNESCO World Heritage listed Daintree Rainforest. Enjoy a scenic drive - cross the Daintree River car ferry and drive through stunning rainforest (2.5 hours north Cairns and 30 minutes south Cape Tribulation). Relax in the rainforest air and listen to the birds in our open-air tropical dining area and serves lunch and dinner options (Sunday to Friday - 12-2pm & 5:30-7pm - bookings preferred by phone or email - hours may vary). Enjoy delicious pan-fried barramundi, spaghetti bolognese, curries and lighter options including vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free. Other dietary requirements and small group tours bookings can be discussed prior. Daintree Siesta is a small family-owned business in the Daintree Rainforest with on-site restaurant, accommodation, campground and guided Rainforest Connection Walks.
