Perched on the hill overlooking the ocean at Horseshoe Bay, this eye-catching mural is a collaboration between well-known local artists Bill and James Moulton and Ash Johnson. The underwater seascape painting features dolphins and sea turtles swimming through a bright coral bed while a surfer points out a surf lifesaving boat riding a wave - emblematic of South West Rocks’ coastal culture.
