With a focus on sustainable and ethical produce, Petermen is a refined seafood diner that champions a fin-to-tail ethos through chef Josh Niland’s innovative fare. Showcasing Australian-caught seafood, such as South West Rocks bonito and marron from Manjimup in WA, Niland’s creativity is both inspiring and wonderfully delicious. Tuck into an urchin crumpet or Murray cod bacon with maple pancakes at the Sunday brunch sitting or dine at the 60-seater restaurant most nights and for lunch on Saturdays. Together with co-owner and wife, Julie, Petermen is the pair’s fifth venture, adding to the acclaimed Saint Peter in Paddington, Fish Butchery in Paddington and Waterloo, and Charcoal Fish in Rose Bay.
