Darling's food with passion Cafe represents over 35 years of experience in the food, wine and hospitality industry. Darling's brings the latest coffee innovations to the Barossa Valley while keeping up with contemporary food trends. At Darling's, we strive to enhance the Barossa Valley experience by supporting our amazing local producers such as Apex Bakery, Barossa Smokehouse Butcher, Breaking Bread Baker, Barossa Valley Cheese Company & Careme Pastry. We love to include their products in our meals and to create our own food sensations. This is evident on our breakfast menu which also includes our house made granola and vegetarian tarts. To accompany our passion for food we have our new ivory La Marzocco coffee machine, which we pair with the amazing coffee roasted by our very own David Trotta and Alex Loft of Kindred Coffee. We hope to produce a delicious experience both to the palate and to the soul.
