Description

They are a family owned business, who run a paddock to plate gourmet butcher shop, including mid week dinner meals for busy families. Farming in harmony with nature is at the heart of everything they do. All their animals are reared to the highest welfare standards. They support rotation grazing, which allows our herds to continuously chomp on lush, green Southern Highlands pasture. They believe in sustainable, chemical-free practices and eschew antibiotics, so you can trust that their meat is totally hormone-free.
