Town Beach Sunrise Yoga happens every Wednesday morning (weather permitting) at beautiful Town Beach in Port Macquarie, right next to Salty Crew Kiosk.

Join a 30-minute yoga flow guided by qualified teacher - Shelley, and soak up the sounds of the waves at Town Beach, the stunning sunrise and the smell of the coffee.

This is the perfect way to start your day and is open to all ages and abilities.

Includes your brew from the Salty Crew Kiosk after class.

Bring your mat, a towel and your keep cup. No booking is required.
