The Wilderness Chef team specialises in catering in wild locations: whether it be a camping trip for two, elopement, weddings, business function or weekend away with friends. Menus are completely custom designed to your event and budget, with packages including wilderness feasts, canape packages, grazing tables and intimate degustations. Based in Newcastle, the team caters regularly in the Hunter Valley, Nelson Bay, Sydney, and the Blue Mountains but can travel throughout NSW. Passionate about sustainability, the focus is sourcing produce directly, focusing on seasons, free-range meat, and wholegrains.
