You can also join them for a Rum Masterclass with a passionate Far North Queensland Master Distiller to learn about the process of making rum from the local sugar cane. During the masterclass, you will taste Gold Medal winning rums, including the winner of the World’s Best Pot Still Rum at London’s World Rum Awards (2021 & 2022), paired with tasty morsels selected by their Executive Chef.
