Mt Hotham has a range of truly iconic alpine tracks and trails that provide access to some of Australia's best views, unique flora and the High Country's rich history. You can discover whatever you like with options to suit all ages and fitness levels. Walking season dates: The walking season commences early December through to Easter each year. Walking at this time ensure that the trails are in their best condition and the weather is conducive to enjoying the great outdoors.
