Pooles Temple is the epitome of the classic, late-night underground bar. A dedication to the desires of nocturnal connoisseurs with a highly considered bar list and distinctive bites. In honour of Parisian-influenced 1880 State-appointed (and State Buildings) Architect, George Temple Poole — they worship at his temple of martinis, oysters and jazz. A cosmopolitan corner that delivers the evening's final escape, where refined indulgence abounds. Pooles Temple operates as an events-only at this time.
