Come have an Adventure and experience The Myponga Reservoir on a kayak. Only a 1hr drive from Adelaide on the Fleurieu Peninsula, self guide your way along this truly magnificent reservoir and drink in the breath-taking views and abundant wildlife. Travel in and out of coves and be transported to another world. Our single and double kayaks are conveniently set up on the shoreline by appointment. Hire times are 10am or 1pm. Open most days dependent upon weather and schedule of bookings. All kayak hire includes PFD (life vest), oar/leash and padded seat. All our kayaks are fishing kayaks, so bring your fishing equipment or hire from us. The reservoir has red fin, yellow belly, perch, callop, Murray cod and rainbow trout. Our single and double/family kayaks are a sit on top style and are very stable. No previous experience required, we ensure you are safe, comfortable and confident. Myponga Kayak Hire are local residents of Myponga and have knowledge of the area and reservoir. Bookings are essential via our website or email.
