Paul Nelson Wines is a small wine producer based in Denmark, crafting a small, boutique selection of wines designed to intrigue the palate. Established in 2009 by Paul and Bianca Nelson, the estate's first vintage, a 2009 Fume-Blanc, was named one of James Halliday's Top 10 Sauvignon Blancs for the year. In Paul's words, the estate's success can be directly attributed to the quality of the fruit and a relentless passion for the industry. He grow up on the property, travelled the world as a winemaker then returned home to create his label on the family farm. The vineyard's award-winning varieties include Fume-Blanc, Arneis, Riesling, Chardonnay, Rose, a Grenache-Mouvedre-Tempranilllo blend and Pinot Noir. Their Heathbank is a red Bordeaux blend.
