Tim Smith Wines

Established in 2001, and with 33 years of hands-on experience, Tim Smith Wines is a Barossa Valley-based producer of wines that we consider our region to excel at growing. We make only the wines we genuinely enjoy drinking ourselves (sorry, moscato drinkers). We are unashamedly influenced by the great producers of both the North and South Rhone Valley in France, but have a New World understanding of the techniques that we believe work best in our region. When you visit our cellar door, you will be met with an authentic, rustic experience and a 1:1 tasting with the winemaker, Tim Smith - a Baron of Barossa, drummer for Barossa's favourite band The Valley Cats and... glassie (not necessarily in that order!). Tastings by appointment only, bookings are essential.
