Go from fermented pumpkin, pepitas and persimmon to eggplant, garlic and almond, with every dish spiced and garnished to aromatic perfection. Then go on a journey through the carefully crafted wine list, guided by the selections of awarded sommelier and owner Nick Hildebrandt.
