Foodies frequently travel for a taste of Icky Sticky brilliance, like the glossy chocolate raspberry mousse bomb, the orange syrup cake with fig, pistachio, rose petals and cream cheese frosting, a winter sponge bursting with apple and cinnamon cream patisserie, a winter coconut cheesecake with blueberry centre and cardamom white chocolate glaze or the panna cotta, strawberry and rose water cream tarts to name a few.
