Glencara

Glencara is the home of The Rustic Maze and Country Garden. ‘Glencara’ is the name of the circa 1910 historic homestead on the property ‘Lower Coolegong’ located between Young and Grenfell and settled in the 1850s by the Maroney family. ‘Lower Coolegong’ continues to be held by the descendants of the Maroneys - currently run by the sixth generation, operating as a cropping farm (canola and wheat) along with a mob of Dorper sheep. There is some interesting history associated with this area and its properties and they are happy to share a story or two with you. Jodie and Jane Costello are excited about sharing their beautiful property with you on their designated open days throughout the year.
