Library at The Dock

Library at The Dock one of the City of Melbourne's six public libraries and one of four community hubs. It is also Australia’s first six star Green Star rated public building, as awarded by the Green Building Council of Australia, and it has won several other sustainable design and architecture awards since opening in May 2014. It offers traditional and digital catalogues, free Wi-Fi, a range of unique events and rooms for hire, including a recording studio, editing suite and performance space. The library's gallery space hosts a program of exhibitions by community groups, individual artists and themed exhibitions from the City of Melbourne collection.
