Pearl + Co is Hobart’s award-wining oyster bar and seafood restaurant, located at Victoria Dock on the waterfront. The menu highlights Tasmania’s incredible oyster varieties, sustainable seafood with a strong hook-to-plate philosophy, and fresh local produce. Situated right by the water with floor to ceiling windows, Pearl has indoor and outdoor seating options that all boast incredible views out over the working fishing port with the local boats close enough to touch.
