The Island

The Island is the ultimate floating bar, bringing the atmosphere of a chic Euro beach club to the middle of Sydney Harbour. With 350 square metres of space, private cabanas and daybeds, and five-star service, there’s nothing else like it on the water. The Island is open to the public every weekend, with its signature Beach Club events including lunches, sunset sessions, live music and a guaranteed good time. There are also regular special seasonal events. Take a dip in the enclosed sea pool to cool off or sip on one of the signature coconut cocktails. Private water taxis run from Double Bay to take guests out to The Island, which can then moor at picturesque spots around the harbour. It’s also available for private hire and exclusive events throughout the year.
