The White Bull in Gordon Street, Aramac, stands as a tribute to one of the most famous cattle rustling episodes in Australia's history. It commemorates the daring feat of Harry Redford, who stole a large mob of cattle, including a distinctive white bull, from Bowen Downs near Aramac. Redford drove the mob through some of the harshest and most challenging terrain in Australia all the way to South Australia. This incredible story of audacity and adventure is a significant part of the region's heritage and folklore.
