Mount Ngungun summit walk, Glass House Mountains National Park

The Mount Ngungun summit walking track, In Glass House Mountains National Park, is a 2.8 kilometre return trail that begins in open forest and offers great views of Mount Tibrogargan, Mount Coonowrin and Mount Beerwah from the summit. Don't forget to pack your camera as you'll find a 360 degree panoramic view of the coast and hinterland at the top! It's a Grade 4 walking track so you will need to have a moderate level of fitness for this track, which will take about two hours to complete. Be sure to take plenty of water, wear supportive boots and sun protection. Caution: This track passes close to cliff edges so please stay on the track and supervise children closely. Take extra care around the summit area in wet weather as rocks can become very slippery.
