Gippsland Vehicle Collection

The Gippsland Vehicle Collection in Maffra provides an outstanding display of interesting historic vehicles including cars, trucks, motorbikes, machinery and auto memorabilia. Exhibits are regularly rotated and based on themes, so there is always something different to see and enjoy. Information on current and past displays are listed on the website. The display also includes ‘Model World’, a magnificent collection of 3,400 pristine model vehicles to capture the imagination of young and old alike. The display is one man’s lifetime collection. Also on display is a fully renovated 1979 CP 1 Guards Van. The museum has won numerous tourism awards acknowledging it as one of the top tourist attractions in Wellington Shire and a premier destination for transport-related exhibitions that entertain and educate.
