Wolseley Park

Wolseley Park is located in the central business district of Gunnedah, across the road from the Gunnedah Visitor Information Centre. There are two playgrounds to amuse the little ones, Livvi's Place is a large All Inclusive Playground on Conadilly Street, and another enclosed playground is located on the northern side in Bloomfield Street. The Park has ample sheltered seating and picnic tables scattered throughout and a number of free electric barbecues. Well maintained gardens surround the area and public toilet facilities are located in Brock Court. A visit to The Lyrical Loos is a must! Just sit down and listen to some piped poetry! The Park is home to local sports teams competing on weekends, seasonal games of AFL and Cricket are played on the Oval most Saturdays. Gunnedah Country Markets are held on the third (3rd) Saturday of the month and offer a variety of stalls selling locally grown produce, home made and hand made products and much more!
