Celebrate International Dog Day with a joyful Dogs Day Out at the beautiful and historic Norman Lindsay Gallery. Bring your four-legged companion along to explore the grounds and enjoy a relaxed, dog-friendly day filled with creativity, learning and fun.
They're excited to announce talks and special appearances by The Doggy Pod with Dr Rob Zammit. Hosted by one of Australia's leading veterinary surgeons, The Doggy Pod is a much-loved weekly podcast that shares expert vet advice, training tips, frontline stories and thoughtful insights into why dogs play such a special role in our lives. It's a must for dog lovers and curious pet owners alike.
Throughout the day, dogs can channel their inner artist with dog paw painting, strike a pose in an artist-themed photo booth, and enjoy a stick and ball library.
Visitors can also see displays from Springwood Dog Training Club and take part in a lively Dogs Day Out Talent Competition, featuring categories such as Best Dressed / Fancy Dress, Dog and Owner Lookalikes, and Best Hairdo (Grooming).
Pack a picnic to enjoy in the gardens with your pooch or purchase something tasty from the onsite food stalls.
