Discover the power of creativity and self-discovery in their Intuitive Art and Affirmations workshop. They begin with a calming guided meditation to get those creative juices flowing and connect you with your inner self. From this serene state, they explore intuitive art ideas for colour, affirmations, intentions and more.
Following the meditation you will grab a canvas and craft personalised affirmations and build the canvas into an exciting positive vision through colour, words and images. No artistic experience is necessary, just an open heart and a willingness to explore and play with art.
Join them for a journey of mindfulness, creativity and empowerment.
